Repair of a granulate silo within 48 hours

The silo, damaged by a truck, is part of an important production process at the plant, which meant that rapid repair of the damage was crucial.

Our maintenance expert, Mr. Irhad Huskic, immediately inspected the damage and organized the repair work. At the customer’s request, he also carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of the silo.

Our services included preparing the necessary sketches, commissioning and supervising a metalworking company for the manufacture of spare parts, welding, derusting, priming, and painting metal components, and professionally installing the new and aligned existing parts. In addition, we provided the necessary cranes for the installation and assembly of the parts, carried out all electrical connection work, and performed a test run of the connected components.
